We want you to love your look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your eyewear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the glasses in their original protective case and packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
